By requesting services from ESL, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

ESL provides vehicle purchasing assistance, transportation, shipping, and customs support based on the agreed service terms with the customer.

Customers must provide accurate personal information and required documents for processing.

Customers agree to complete all payments according to the agreed payment schedule. Any additional costs related to shipping, customs, government fees, delays, or unexpected circumstances such as war, political situations, natural disasters, or events beyond ESL’s control will be the customer’s responsibility.

Vehicles purchased through auctions are accepted based on the available auction information. ESL is not responsible for hidden defects or conditions not mentioned by the auction.

ESL will handle the shipping process professionally; however, shipping dates may change due to weather, port schedules, customs procedures, or other factors beyond company control.

Customers are responsible for complying with import regulations. ESL will assist with customs procedures and required documentation.

The customer must inspect and receive the vehicle after delivery. Any claims must be reported within the agreed time period.

By confirming the service request and making payments, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
